Web Design for IORI Consulting: Modern HR Website

For IORI Consulting, an experienced HR and personnel consulting specialist from the Munich region, a new website was developed.

The goal was to present the topics Human Resources Consulting, Interim Management and Executive Search in a clear manner and to invite potential clients for direct contact. A concise structure, fast access to relevant information, and an intuitive user flow were paramount.

The implementation was carried out using the content management system WordPress, which enables easy content updates while delivering top performance. The following focus areas were set:

    The central headline “Skills shortage, inefficient HR structures, weak employer brand? That hinders your growth.” was prominently placed to immediately address the core challenge. Equally in bold text highlighted is the solution: “We ensure that you attract, develop, and retain top talent” to communicate vision and benefit clearly.

    The site automatically adapts to different screen sizes. Whether on desktop, tablet, or smartphone—all content remains legible and easy to use. In personnel consulting, it is especially important that decision-makers can quickly form an opinion even when they are on the go.

    A “Schedule Appointment” button appears in the visible area, accompanied by a fixed “Direct Line” block with e-mail, phone, and LinkedIn links. With one click, a visitor can submit an inquiry or place a call directly.

  • GDPR Compliance
    A cookie banner provides transparent information about cookie usage. The contact form is protected with reCAPTCHA, and the link structure refers to the imprint and privacy policy. This strengthens user trust and meets legal requirements.

  • Visual Accents and White Space
    Ample spacing, a reduced color palette (mostly white, dark gray, and small accent colors), and clear typography create a calm, professional appearance. The imagery is understated and relies on authentic business motivations.

  • “Competence in Numbers” as a Trust Factor
    In the section “Competence in Numbers”, recruiting projects, mandates, years of experience, and industry expertise are presented briefly and concisely. Even though the exact figures are currently placeholders (“+ 0 recruitments”, “+ 1 year of experience”), this presentation fundamentally builds trust through measurable results.

  • User Guidance and Fast Load Times
    Thanks to optimized image files, lean CSS and JavaScript, and hosting on high-performance servers, the site loads in under one second. This reduces bounce rates and improves search engine ranking.
